The worldwide market for management consultancy is currently worth over $100 billion having grown from less than $10 billion over the last decade. Approximately one tenth of that work is generated by UK based consultancy firms. The UK and Germany are by far the largest markets in Europe, each representing 27 per cent of the total. In third place, France represents 16 per cent of the total European market of 47.5 billion euros.
